Designed in three movements, this concerto features a very virtuosic part of the soloist, which joins an ensemble both acoustic and electronic. The digital tape and the seven accompanying instruments present a first movement of great interaction and energy. The second movement is dedicated to the memory of Miguel Ángel Blanco, councilman from the Basque Country who in the summer of 1997 was kidnapped and assassinated by the terrorist group ETA. The last movement is a vivacious perpetuum mobile with constant motion of sixteenth notes through the incessant texture.
